These Shen –Hão wood  field bellows  cameras are intended for large format panoramic photography and are built in two sizes: 6x17 and 6x24.

They use standard lenses for the 4x5 and 8x10 formats.

Shenhao or Shen Hao. –SH–  series:  There are two complete cameras, 6x12 and 6x17cm, These are also simple panoramic cameras for hand use.  They were shown at Photokina 2004. The rollfilm backs on which they are based are another matter. The SH612-BC can also be used for 6x9cm and even 645, and the 617 Art Panorama for 612; masks, and counting via red windows, allow this.

 

Here we can see the normal roll film for 6x9 and 4.5x6  and the shift panorama back for fixed 6x17 or shift 6x12.
